The Service Technician was very nice explaining what he was doing & cleaning the generator inside & out. Provided a set of keys to lock the unit to prevent the wind from blowing off the top. He was very polite & appeared to be very though.

What a wonderful team. From the Luke to Will to Kathy. Luke did our estimate, Will did the work (90%) with a help of two others but did not catch their names and Kathy is in the office and kept in touch with me from beginning to end. They removed the old generator and replaced with all new equipment. All done in one day. Polite and made sure I understood how to operate. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The staff at McCay Southern was totally professional from first contact to cleaning up after the job was completed. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we knew what was going on. This ranks as one of the very easiest transactions I’ve ever done. McCay Southern did everything before, during and after the install, from pulling permits to contacting the utilities, I literally did nothing but watch and learn. McCay Southern gets the highest possible recommendation from me. Update: A few days after the generator was installed we had a power outage. We were concerned because the generator turned on and off several times. I called McCay and got Rob almost immediately. He was able to look at what our unit had done remotely, and we concluded that the power from the utility was flashing on and off. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. Great service. I kind of wish I needed another generator so I could buy from them again. They’re that good!
